1. What are the check-in & Check-out times ?

Check-in is between 11h00 AM and till late. Check-out is at 10h00 AM daily, late arrivals check-out can be arranged, depending on bookings for the day. Please ask when making reservation.

2. What is your children policy ?

Children are welcome.

3. Is smoking permitted ?

Smoking is “NOT” allowed in rooms or other internal spaces. Guests may smoke outdoors

4. How do I leave gratuity ?

If you wish to leave a gratuity, please hand it in at the reception, where it will be divided amongst all the stuff members.

5. Do you provide meals (Halal meals included) ?

Yes, we do, Please inform us of your dietary preferences in advance, so we can meet your specific needs.

6. Do you offer laundry services ?

Iron and ironing board, can be requested when checking in. There is no washing machine available.
